SIS Custom Creations and FRESH Apparel & Design (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, party, product, or other service, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, requested service, preferred date, quantity, project details, and information about how you reached our website. If an order calls for custom artwork, we may also receive the files, logos, photographs, or instructions you choose to provide.
Payment and transaction information may be collected directly by the checkout or marketplace you use, such as Shopify or Etsy. We do not ask you to enter full payment-card details into the SIS quote form.
How we use information
- To answer questions, prepare quotes, schedule events, and fulfill orders.
- To provide customer service and communicate about a request or purchase.
- To protect the website, prevent misuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
- To understand which services and pages are helpful to our customers.
How information is shared
We share information only as reasonably needed to operate the business—for example, with Google services used to receive and organize quote requests, Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Shopify or Etsy for purchases made through those services, and payment, shipping, or production partners needed to complete an order. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently use the SIS website for targeted advertising.
Cookies and outside links
The SIS website does not currently use advertising cookies or an analytics tracker. When you follow a link to Shopify, Etsy, or another outside service, that service may use cookies or similar technology under its own policy.
Children’s privacy
Our activities may be enjoyed by children, but this website and its request forms are intended for adults, parents, guardians, teachers, and event organizers. Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website. A parent, guardian, or responsible adult should make all bookings and purchases for a child. If you believe a child submitted personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes. Email siscustomcreationstx@gmail.com or use the contact page. We may need to confirm your identity before completing a request.
